In-Office Brain Training
Our-Office personal training program for both neurotypical and neuro divergent kids is an exciting venture that aims to foster physical fitness while promoting cognitive development, by incorporating weights and a variety of specialized tools, I plan to create a dynamic environment where children can enhance their strength, coordination, and overall well-being. Each session will be tailored to meet the unique needs of every child, using engaging activities that not only challenge their physical abilities but also stimulate brain growth and improve focus. This inclusive program will emphasize teamwork, resilience, and self- confidence, helping each child thrive both physically and mentally in a supportive setting.

After School Programs
Our after-school programs are designed to provide a safe and engaging environment for children, led by trained coaches who are Virtus trained to ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism. We offer specialized basketball and pickleball programs that focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun. Each session encourages kids to build their athletic abilities while fostering social connections and healthy competition. Our programs aim to inspire confidence and a love for physical activity in every child.

Online Counseling
I am excited to announce the launch of my online counseling program designed for all children, both neuro divergent and neurotypical. With years of teaching experience, I understand that many kids sometimes need someone to talk to that can relate and understand their unique challenges and help them navigate the complexities of their unique challenges and help them navigate the complexities of their emotions and experiences. This program will provide a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves freely and work through any issues they may face. I will aim to empower each child to build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies, ultimately helping them thrive both emotionally and socially.

Online Training ( Parents Only)
I am excited to introduce a specialized program designed exclusively for parents of neurodivirgent children or those who may need extra support due to bullying or social challenges. This program aims to equip parents with the tools and strategies necessary to advocate for their children effectively. Through informative sessions, parents will learn how to navigate difficult conversations, build their child's self esteem, and create a supportive home environment.

Our approach works because it is grounded in both personal experience and professional expertise. Having investing thousands of dollars in support for my own child, we understand the unique challenges families face and the importance of tailored strategies. With many years of coaching and teaching under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge in effectvely supporting both neuro divergent and neurotypical kids. This combination of lived experience and professional insight enables us to provide practical, actionable solutions that truly resonate with families, fostering growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging for every child.
About Us
As a teacher and coach with a deep passion for helping all kids grow, I bring a unique perspective to my work, informed by both personal and professional experiences. As a parent of a son with autism, I have explored numerous methods to support his development and have witnessed firsthand what truly makes a difference. This insight allows me to effectively guide neurodivergent children, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to thrive. Additionally, my experience working with Division One athletes has equipped me with strategies that foster growth and resilience in all children, regardless of their background.
